If you’ve had a baby, that extra belly fat, a.k.a. “baby bump,” can be difficult to lose, but there are exercises that target this common trouble spot—some you can do without even getting up! Lay down on the ground (we know you’re exhausted, but don’t go to sleep!), bend your knees with your feet flat on the floor, cross your arms over your chest, and lift your head while contracting your abs. Now try tilting your pelvis upward and holding it. Then, alternate straightening your legs, followed by sliding both of your heels away from you until your legs are almost straight. Finally, lift your bent knees up so that your shins are parallel to the ground then alternate tapping your toes to the floor.
